Edge of Darkness was first seen on the big screen in 1985 in a BBC television series. The plot of this action/detective film is turbulent with personal drama because of the death of Mel Gibson's daughter.
His job as a detective will have prepared him to take action, after the horrific murder he goes looking for clues that lead him to political conspiracy and to know his daughter better than when she was alive. Acting the role of Thomas Craven, 52-year-old actor incarnates the vengeful homicide detective who lives in Boston, alas investigating the murder of his activist daughter Emma won't be easy or even remotely possible, it is only with a lot of luck and mistakes made by the professional killers that he might understand what is really going on and who is pulling all the strings.
Releasing in the United-States on January 29, 2010 this movie promises to quite the comeback for Gibson.
